💨 Rental Duration

All Puff & Vibe rentals include up to 2 hours of premium smoking time.

If you’d like to extend your session, additional time may be added for an extra fee (subject to availability).

🚚 Delivery & Setup

Our team provides full delivery, setup, and breakdown services for your event.

Please ensure your event location is ready for setup at the scheduled time to avoid delays.

💳 Payment

Full payment or $100 non- refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

• Your booking date may be changed once if requested at least 48 hours before the original event date.
• Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

Cancellations & Refunds

• If your booking was paid in full, you may receive a 50% refund if the event is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled event time.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.

🔞 Age Requirement

All guests using Puff & Vibe hookahs must be 21 years of age or older.

Valid ID may be required at the time of delivery or setup.

🧯 Safety & Responsibility

Puff & Vibe equipment must be used responsibly and only by adults.

Any damage to equipment beyond normal use may result in additional charges.

Hookahs must remain in the same location where they were set up by our team.
